Please see below a summary of the discussions and outputs from the ladies committee meeting. Any questions please email comms@suttoncoldfieldhc.co.uk

Finance matters;
- £245 insurance payout (ladies club split) for the locker break in which covers a proportion of the replacement kit which we bought
- Approx £150 money back from Sportology for kit bonuses -> agreement to use this money towards raffle prizes for the ladies club dinner
- We are going to speak to the Bishop Vesey on the back of their invoice with a request for a deduction to compensate for the poor state of the facilities on numerous weeks throughout the first half of the season
- Pitch costs were more expensive the first half of this season at Wyndley as the price has gone up by £5 an hour, the 1st team had 2 games out of the agreed season timelines which were double the usual price and there were no games or training sessions cancelled because of the weather

Subscription update;
- Several people have subs payments outstanding for the second half of the season
- There are also some individual debtors from the first and second team on match fees this season and last season
- Captains being made aware of both so they can remind players what they owe & a formal email will follow
- In previous seasons we have lost match fees at the end of the season -> this year the committee will issue a list of outstanding match fees in the middle of March for captains to collect
- Reminder that at the AGM the club agreed that outstanding match fees would be increased to £10 (£2 interest) if not paid within 2 weeks of the game
- Please be conscious that not paying on the day of the game increases the amount of admin for the captains and club accountant

Kit & equipment;
- 34 balls have been lost in the first half of this season (£102 worth of kit) request for teams to be more careful in collecting them in between training sessions and at games

Comms;
- We have reviewed the access to the social media accounts and increased the amount of access so that we can amend articles if required
- Player interviews are brilliant and have been really well received
- Teams are doing well at submitting match reports with special mention going to Smurf for her game recall and weekly play by plays
- The observer are regularly publishing the first team match reports which are written by Sue Wood

Social;
- Next ladies team organised social is on the 6th February @ 7.30pm
- Quiz written by the 3rd team and 6th team social representative
- 20th February is the annual race night & raffle being organised by the men's club with the proceeds going to Miton Hospice
- If anyone has any raffle prizes to donate please let Sarah Finegan know
- Ladies dinner is the 19th March @ Westfield Court and is £20 per person which includes food and wine
- The gala ball is the 29th April @ Aston Wood

AOB
