A big thank you to those that contributed to our junior end of season survey. We received some fantastic feedback which will help us to improve the player experience next season.

There were a number of themes that we're identified as areas for improvement:
1: To have a clubhouse and own a pitch.
Junior committee response: This would be fantastic and we are working on some potential opportunities to secure this in the future.
2: To increase the number of indoor training sessions:
Junior committee response: We were fortunate to gain a grant over the last 2 years which enabled us to hold indoor sessions. We will explore the feasibility of this for next season, if not, we will try and improve the number of competitive opportunities for players as we realise this is also something that was identified as an area for improvement.
3: We would love more social events!
Junior committee response: We would love to organise further social events and therefore we have put out a request to our members to establish a social committee to organise and support future junior social events such as Halloween etc.
