Finance update
- Projected costs similar YOY but an increase in income driven by
○ An increase in subscriptions due to number of members with the back to hockey initiative
○ Funding & sponsorship that has been secured
○ Indoor intra-club tournament in the first half of the season
- Need to carry on with the brilliant fundraising that we are doing to stay on track for a positive result
○ A huge thank you to the members of the 1st team who have secured sponsorship
- Our aim following the survey feedback is to look to invest in additional training time next season
- Agreed that we would like to move to BACS payments instead of manual to simplify the ways of working
○ Other members of the committee have access to the account to see the payments
○ Kath approves all of the coaching invoices before they come to
○ Potential for Sam to send Sue a copy of the invoices for review & approval every 2 weeks before processing
○ Sam to follow up with HSBC to understand what it would look like
- Re-arranged games
○ At the discretion of captains if teams have to travel a significant distance for the same fixture twice then match fees are half price

Subscriptions
- A couple of members of the clubs to follow up for 2nd half of the season but generally good conformance

Sponsorship
- Fantastic achievement in the range of sponsorship that the 1st team have secured
○ Special thanks to Eli for everything she has done in this area
- The Duke are still interested in sponsoring the club
○ Want to see the packages, aim to go to them in the summer in advance of the 2017-18 season

Super 6s
- 97 supporters are travelling with the club on Sunday
- VIP draw took place at committee and it has gone to Sarah Finnegan
- Thank you to Sam for organising the club tickets & to Sue for organising the coach

Umpiring
- England hockey have regular courses
- Encourage people who are interested to sign up - potentially some of the younger member's parents

Kit
- Once indoor tops have been made Sportology will make the long sleeve tops available to order
- The coats which are available at Sportology have been co-ordinated by the shop & not by the club

Social
- Ladies dinner is the 1st April which we would like to hold at Westfield Court if available
○ Pipe Hays is a second option
- No charity yet identified
○ Check with the men's club if they have agreed one, if not ask in the next newsletter for suggestions

Wanderers visit
- Costs are being split 3 ways and struggling to see how the club is getting benefit from the arrangement
- Was also not very well organised this year with struggling to find places for the travelling kids to stay given the difficult time of year after Christmas
