Summary of discussion points
Socials
• Ladies end of season dinner went well with Westfield Court as a good venue
• Raised £200 for the club and £60 for Bliss charity

Kit
• Waiting on a physical sample of the agreed design of the new kit, playing bundle to be discounted by the club and a discount offered if people sign up early, more information to follow soon & opportunity to try on in May (see below)
• Committee has agreed to order a new GK kit for the ladies club to use next season

Annual Ball
• Taking place this year on Saturday May 11th with a mixed tournament during the day at Vesey open to all
• There will also be a grand unveil of the new kit, opportunity to try the kit on, information about the new subscriptions approach and help with logging into and paying through the pitchero club website
• The kit launch will be at 12pm with hockey from 12.30pm - 3pm

Sponsorship & fundraising
• Current focus of the joint club, being led by Matt Jones, is on securing shirt sponsors

Summer League
• This year we have entered a team into the Cannock league, two teams into the Olton leagues and one team into a new Bournville league
• Thanks to those who have agreed to be summer league captains
• Captains will soon be reaching out to their squads with details of fixtures

Membership
• Focus is on getting everyone signed up to pitchero ahead of next season as this is how everyone will be paying their subs

Umpires
• Anyone who is interested in umpiring next season please let a captain or member of the committee know

Cup competitions
• There has been some frustration in the last 2 seasons over England hockey's lack of support of the cup competitions, to the point where we are proposing that we do not enter any cup teams next season
• This will be taken to AGM for club members to vote on

Training
• A trial took place in the last 2 training sessions on training for a more focused 90 minutes instead of 2 hours, captains will be asked for their feedback ahead of making a decision on training times next season

Feedback
• There will soon be an end of season survey sent out, please complete this as it helps the committee with where to focus their efforts in the coming season

Safeguarding
• Nothing to report

Celebrating Success this season
• None of our teams were relegated this season
• The 2s are in a play off at the weekend to be promoted to midlands prem
• The indoor team were promoted back to prem
• The over 45s combined clubs team have reached the final of the competition
