Match fees;
- Following up outdoor outstanding amounts from last season with 2 members who have promised to pay and not responded
- Writing off other balances from last season due to stalemate discussions - decided by general agreement of the committee
- Still several indoor balances from this season outstanding, Sophie following up with individuals. Email to individuals to follow at the end of the season.
- Outstanding balances for outdoor match fees this season being followed up by captains. Email to individuals to follow at end of the season.
- Reviewing the payment method for indoor next season (possibly required up front before playing so as to ease the pain of the captain afterwards)

Ball
- As a ladies club we need to try and sell sponsorship raffle tickets for £125 to local businesses to raise funds for the club. Our aim is 2 per team / 20 per section
- The raffle is for the chance to have your company name on our kit

Fundraising
- £1250 raised this season by socials and individual
- £500 being donated to Miton hospice from race night & ladies club additional support and they are also the charity we are supporting at the ball

Pitch costs @ Vesey
- Quality of the changing rooms and showers have improved since Christmas although still instances of it not being cleaned in advance of Saturday morning
- Agreeing on a discounted rate for pre-christmas

Sportology balance
- After coaches kit and raffle prizes we still have £150 credit
- To be spent on required kit after a check has been done on the inventory levels
- Captains to make Sam aware of any team requirements

Kit

Feedback has been collated by captains and fed back to Sportology who have responded with areas of improvement for next season. Main issues;
- Purchasers were receiving credit instead of refunds initially
- Delay in the arrival of kit and differences to expectations
- Communication challenges

1st team have now received sweatpants with the club logo embroidered on. These are now available from Sportology if you want them.

Long sleeved tops are deliberately on hold until the 125 raffle winners but will be available next season.

Men's club

Have been successful in receiving a grant from Sutton charities on the back of the 125 anniversary. Sue to speak to Gary to understand more and what this means for the total club.

Events

Planning to have a big push event around the last 1st & 2nd team last games of the season as both teams are at home & we are celebrating the 1st team winning the league.

Play offs are the 3rd April @ Cannock and 16th/17th April @ Lee Valley (Olympic park) - tickets are on sale now

If the over 35s win their semi-final the final is @ Lee Valley (Olympic park) on the 30th April

Ladies dinner

Reminder to give your captains £20 or send via bank transfer to the club account to book your place as numbers need to be finalised by Saturday 12th March

Coaching

No interest received this season on the 2nd team coaching position
Simon has decided he is not going to coach next season so also need to recruit for a 5th/6th team coach - speak to the men's club to see if there is any interest for next season
Really positive feedback from Dudders' goal keeper coaching
Robbo to lead a review of the total club coaching strategy at the end of the season

Summer league

Olton league starts the first week of April! Only one team in the higher division this year, if oversubscribed then we will rotate people.
Captains will be asking for interest in summer league
