Thank you to those of you that responded to the end of season ladies feedback survey.
Overall we had 46 responses from across the 7 ladies teams. A summary of the results are as follows:

Friendliness of club members, club communications, frequency of game opportunities and club organisation were highly rated as well as the overall experience.
Club friendliness, location and friendships are the key influencers for people to remain a member of the club
Playing with friends, team spirit, atmosphere, progression, matches, seeing our junior players develop, winning, indoor success and holding the gold medal were the things you enjoyed most about this season.
Members have least enjoyed having a lack of a coach @ 1st team level, intensity and structure at training and the quality of facilities for training and matches
What are we doing well and need to more of? Feedback suggested that the socials were fun, communication via newsletters and social media is good, more indoor practice and team organisation
Members would like to see more social media posts that are representative of all teams

The ladies committee will take the feedback on board and are immediately looking into;

Developing a better relationship with Wyndley
First team coach recruitment
Training intensity and structure to maximise playing time
Asking captains to identify a social media representative from each team that can communicate results and images
