Topics identified as areas for improvement;

- Kit
- Communication
- Training equipment
- Coaching situation in some of the teams

These areas were all discussed at the April committee meeting and some of the ways we are addressing these are;

- A revised strategy for coaching with the introduction of a new role, a 'Club Coaching Coordinator', who will work alongside appointed 1st, 2nd and other squad coaches.
- Working with TK (via Sportology) to become our new supplier for kit. Several kit suppliers and styles have been given careful consideration since Kukri let us down. The decision to go with TK is based on the quality of kit, reputation of the company and the convenience for club members who will be able to order both in store and/or over the phone.
- New articles on the club website before and after each committee meeting to share the agenda and key actions.
- The club to organise a training equipment review and pre-pare in advance for the season ahead.
