Pre-season fitness and training starts on Tuesday. ALL Ladies Club members are welcome and we encourage you to come along to see what it's like (and also to meet the new club coach).
The session starts at 7pm and is planned to finish around 8.30pm.
Please get to the Clubhouse in time to be ready to start at 7 on the dot.
Make sure you bring some water with you and also your stick and shin pads (and suitable footwear).
