We hereby give notice that a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club will be held in the Clubhouse, Rectory Park, Sutton Coldfield, on Saturday 25th October 2014 commencing at 5.30p.m.

The Club is working towards achieving ClubsFirst status and hopefully will achieve this before the end of the year.

As a result, the existing Rules of Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club require additions which formally state rules and policies which have already been adopted and are in operation in the running of SCHC but which have not been written into a single document. (e.g. sending communications by e-mail)

The Committee has undertaken the re-drafting of the Rules of Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club to incorporate the additions and taking the opportunity to present them in a more contemporary form and re-naming them The Constitution of Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club.

A copy of The (proposed) Constitution can be downloaded at the link below for your attention and if you have any comments to make thereon please would you send them to the Hon. Secretary within seven days. (Contact details below).

The Committee seeks the formal adoption of The Constitution at this SGM.
