We are delighted to introduce the new joint club playing kit for the next three seasons and encourage all senior ladies’ and men’s players to attend the new kit event at Bishop Vesey Grammar School on Saturday 11th May from 12 noon until 3.30pm.
This is your chance to try on the new kit for size and place your order. NB there will be a separate event for Junior members, details to come later.
The whole club has new colours - dark pink and navy, with updated logo and new squad numbers. This means every player needs new kit as we will no longer be playing in pink/purple or red/navy.
The club wants the new kit to be affordable and is investing significantly in a subsidy to provide you with the chance to get a kit bundle at a really good price. As long as you get your kit ordered before the end of June 2019, you will be able to take advantage of a £20 discount. The senior bundle consists of:
- numbered home and away playing shirts (or goalie smock)
- navy skort/shorts
- home and away socks
The introductory bundle cost for senior players is just £50 in total - a 28% saving for you. You will pay a non refundable deposit of just £10 via the club website Payments page and then £40 via your annual subscription. We believe this is fantastic value and for the 3 years of the kit deal it works out at less than £17 a season.
We’d love you to bring your kit & stick and play in the mixed tournament, but if you can’t then you can come to Vesey any time from 12 to 3.30pm and try on the kit and place your order. If you are unable to attend on 11th May, then we will be arranging another kit event before the end of June.
After the introductory period you will have to pay the full price of £70 - a £30 deposit plus the £40 in subscription. We therefore encourage every player to take advantage of the introductory offer and get their order in early.
As well as playing kit, the new supplier Surridge Sport will have a wide range of customisable SCHC branded training and leisure wear available. So you will be able to look great in your club kit both on and off the pitch.
The junior bundle will be different with a different cost, but if your child is likely to play senior hockey next season (they can play from the age of 13) then you may want to buy them the senior bundle so they have the correct playing kit.
