This will be the third year Sutton have hosted this fixture and the tour goes from strength to strength. This year the Australians will be bringing an additional U16 girls team as well as their usual U18 boys and U18 girls’ teams.

The Wanderers are designed to give players of all levels the opportunity to be part of an international tour and consists of players from all across Australia. They arrive in London and play a number of games across the country, interspersed with sightseeing and other leisure activities, before continuing their tour across France, Belgium and Holland.

As stated we will be hosting the teams overnight on Wednesday 7 January. The matches will be played at Wyndley from 4.30pm onwards before going back to the clubhouse for a meal and drinks. As in previous years we are looking for families to host the visiting players overnight so if you are able to assist with this please contact comms@suttoncoldfieldhc.co.uk.
