The U12 Girls came a magnificent 3rd in the Midlands Regional, rounding off another successful season. The highlights were an outstanding performance by all the girls to beat Beeston, holding our nerve to win on strokes.

They were very unlucky to lose to Leicester in the last minute of the semifinal, but picked themselves up to beat Rugby & EW emphatically 2-0 to come 3rd overall. This is a fantastic result for a young team playing against teams with more older players in the U12 age group.

With only one of the squad moving up to U14 next year, most of the girls will be eligible to play again next year and they will want to go even further in the tournament. Well done girls and a huge thank you to the coaches and parents for their support.
