Explanation
This test is designed to give you an idea of your present fitness. Designed Originally for the American Navy Seals.

A Hockey Pitch is an ideal measurement tool with it's markings. The Length of the Pitch is 92m, split into 23m Quarters. The width of the Pitch is 55m. A Complete Lap is 294m, Half Lap is 147m.

The Test
Run for 12 minutes. At the end of the 12minutes, you measure your distance to the last checkpoint you past i.e. Quarter Marks, or Pitch Corner Marks.

The Results
The results of everybody taking part will be posted on the Website/ Facebook/ Club House. We want to measure now, beginning of the season and after Xmas. It should also be a bit of healthly competition for top scores and improvement, not to mention a target level for the rest of the club.

Do not cut corners! Be honest, otherwise you will be the loser.
