This session is aimed at people who haven’t played hockey for a while or who have never picked up a stick. Our coaches will make you feel welcome and soon have you zipping the ball around the Astro pitch (there are no muddy pitches in modern hockey).

It is suitable for adults of all ages - we have players from teens to 60+ and abilities.

What you need to know:
Location: Wyndley Leisure Centre, Clifton Road, Sutton Coldfield, B73 6EB - the pitch is behind the main leisure centre building, changing facilities are available inside.

What you need:
Comfortable exercise clothes
Trainers
A drink/water bottle

We will lend you a hockey stick, so no need to get up in the attic and find that old wooden stick you had at school
