Sutton Over 35’s won this quarter final match by three goals to one. Captain Ali Mapp opened the scoring with a well taken penalty flick which flew over the goalkeeper’s right shoulder into the back of the net. Sutton then had plenty of opportunity to score but only one chance was converted when Tracy Hart slipped the ball with the slightest of touches past the Canterbury goalkeeper. Canterbury scored early in the second half from a penalty flick but Sutton hit back with another goal from Tracy. With good possession in the last quarter of the match Sutton looked more comfortable on the ball and were starting to play a more relaxed passing game. They have drawn Sevenoaks away in the semi-finals on 22nd March.
