Solid game today! Partnerships are starting to form with great passing between players and lots more chances in the D. The first half was spent prominently in the oppositions half, with more than one shot on target. Our first goal came in from 'top of the league goal scorer' herself the amazing Hayley. We kept the energy up till half time and although our stand in goalie saved a few, the whistle blew at 2-1.

Second half started with less enthusiasm due to tired legs, not running to get in front of the ball. However after a cracking save from the trainee GK and the bribery of chocolate for every short from a ball on the foot- our second goal came with minutes to spare with a cracking strike from Kim off a short corner

Player of the match today was a close one with everyone playing so well! However the unstoppable Mia, made some great tackles, stopping the opposition advances in their own half and supporting the whole team
