Please ensure your child arrives on time, 30 minutes prior to session commencement, dressed in a Neutral colour kit - ideally navy (or black). Must have equipment: Shin pads Mouth guard Hockey Gloves (a robust left-hand glove is strongly advised; players may also want to bring a right-hand glove). Face masks - England Hockey strongly recommends that players wear a face mask for penalty corner defence (PCD). We recommend players provide their own mask, although provision is made where required. GKs – full kit including, neck guard and elbow pads. Suitable water/refreshments for the session
