Junior Section

• The club is looking to run summer sessions on Sunday mornings from the end of June to the start of August. Further details to follow.
• A big thank you to Tony Field for all his hard work as Juniors Fixtures Secretary, there have been more fixtures across all age groups than ever before.
• The first session for the 2025/26 season will take place on Sunday 7th September.

Senior Section

• Exciting coaching developments are being finalised and details will be shared at the AGM.
• Club Day will take place on Saturday 6th September.

Socials

• Huge thanks to Emily Peers and James Maguire for all their hard work as Social secretaries over the past seasons. If you are interested in getting involved in socials next year, please email comms@suttoncoldfieldhc.co.uk.
• Thank you to everyone who attended this year’s SCHC Annual Ball, and our thanks to the Ball committee for another great event (Laura Groves, Jon Best, Jo Carpay-Windsor, Eli Best, Becky Florida-Hopson, Helen Durrans and Jess Batsford-Webb). The centre piece can be found here. Save the Date for next year’s Ball - Saturday 9th May!

Communications

• We have set up a system for members to share feedback on an ongoing basis - passing on thanks; raising issues; making suggestions etc. Further details to follow at the AGM.
• A promotional flag and banner are being designed to help promote the club at events and training venues.

Finance and Subscriptions

• The proposed subscription rates for the 2025/26 season will be shared at the AGM on Monday 30th June.

AOB

• SCHC’s AGM will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 30th June at the Clubhouse. All members are invited to attend.
• The Community Games take place on 13th & 14th July at Wyndley. Please volunteer and sign up on Pitchero if you are able to help for one or more sessions during the weekend.
• SCHC is planning to join the Pitchero lottery. Members who sign up enter a monthly draw to win big and raise money for the club at the same time.
