Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club seeks skilled coaches for our Talent Academy Programme, developing elite players aged 14-18 from across the region. Positions available include lead coach and various coaches for boys’ and girls’ programs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions
• Coordinate trials and player selection
• Support player development and welfare
• Provide feedback and performance reports

Requirements:

• EH Coach equivalent qualification
• Experience in competitive coaching
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to personal development and safeguarding
